Privacy notice

RCCG Place of Victory for All Nations, Belfast (NI charity no. NIC102584, company no. NI603815) is the data controller for information collected on this site. You can contact us at info@placeofvictoryni.org.

What we collect: your name and email when you give, start a fundraiser, sign up as alumni or contact us; your home address and postcode if you add Gift Aid (HMRC requires this); and any message you choose to leave.

Why: to process your gift, send your thank-you and receipt, claim Gift Aid from HMRC, run fundraising pages and reply to you. Legal bases: contract and legitimate interests for processing gifts, legal obligation for Gift Aid records, and consent for any optional news emails.

Who processes data for us: card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number; emails such as receipts and sign-in links are sent through Resend; and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it: Gift Aid declarations and the gifts they cover are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires. Other gift records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts. Incomplete payment attempts are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your information (where we are not legally required to keep it), or object to how we use it, by emailing info@placeofvictoryni.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
